Job Description

For our Advanced Manufacturing Vertical, the role necessitates a billing-function, where you will lead our extension within the technical-recruiting sphere within a Specialist-Desk. The role offers a large level of strategic input over the long-term, with a clear remit to grow the team in size, mandates and capabilities of the Specialist-Desk. You will also review, enhance and improve existing recruitment methodologies to enhance the overall quality of output, productivity and profitability of the desk. This is a rare opportunity to join a micro-specialist technical practice where you can have a genuine impact on the organisation and culture of the business, and to be a critical part of every success of the Practice.

  • Business Development & Cold-Calling – Identify and develop new business opportunities with a myriad of Clients depending on your expertise/background within a Specialist sector of Bayes
  • Perform recruitment functions such as Job Interviews, matching candidates to various jobs, understanding the requirements and desires of various job-seekers

  • Perform matches and pre-qualifications for candidates and jobs available to ensure that the best-fit between candidate and job is ideal

  • Work together with Clients and Candidates to ensure that respective interests in job requirements are met and adhered to

 

Requirements

This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience within an agency/practice. You must have the capacity to penetrate specialized-desks to identify new areas of growth, and follow-through a business plan to execute these growth. A strong leadership capability, you must establish a meaningful framework for the development, longevity and integrity of the Bayes brand within Singapore and the Asia context. Consultants who possess background within the recruitment sector and are willing to explore a specialization into the technical-verticals will also be eligible for this role.
